Tanya Warriner is currently studying Interior design with The Design Institute of Australia and has been responsible for all colour selection, floor coverings, fixtures and fittings for the past 10 years. However, If you have a theme or colour scheme desire we are more than happy to work in with your choices.

As per the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) Contract Payment Schedule:

No, only if there is a variation to the building and a variation agreement has been signed.
A variation is a change to the initial contract and original house design.
As per the QBCC requirements we offer a 12 month maintenance period from the time of handover and a 6.5 year structural warranty period.
