Warriner Constructions is a family-owned building company based on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, specialising in custom new homes across Aura Estate Caloundra, Harmony Estate Palmview, and surrounding areas.
Director Glenn Warriner, a Caloundra local for more than 30 years, spent his early career building and renovating homes from Caloundra to Noosa before founding Warriner Constructions with his wife Tanya. Their goal was simple: to do things the right way and deliver quality service and quality results on every build.
Today, Glenn oversees every project personally, ensuring construction runs smoothly and every detail meets the company’s high standards. His strong relationships with long-term subcontractors and suppliers mean clients benefit from a reliable, highly skilled team that takes pride in its work.
Warriner Constructions is supported by a trusted full-time carpenter and a close network of tradespeople – local experts who have worked with Glenn for years and share his commitment to quality craftsmanship and professionalism.
Glenn and Tanya live on the Sunshine Coast with their two boys, Talys and Zanye. Together, they’ve built Warriner Constructions on the values of integrity, attention to detail, and genuine care – creating homes designed to last for generations.
