Do I need to already own land in Aura?
We can build your home if you’ve already secured a block in Aura. If not, we also have spec homes under construction that may be a suitable option.
How do I get house plans for my Aura block?
We work with a highly experienced draftsman who can design a home to suit your land size, frontage, slope and Aura’s design guidelines. We can also refine or review plans you already have.
Can I make changes during construction?
Some changes may be possible depending on build progress. Approved changes require a variation document and may involve additional costs.
Can I visit the construction site?
Yes — site visits are welcome but must be booked in advance for safety and supervision requirements.
Who do I contact during the build?
All communication goes directly through the builder, Glenn Warriner, ensuring clear updates throughout the entire build.
How long does construction take?
A standard build typically takes around 12 weeks, depending on weather, approvals and material availability.
How are progress payments structured?
Progress payments follow the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) contract schedule:

Are there any extra costs after signing the contract?
No, unless you request changes that require a signed variation.

A variation is a change to the original contract or home design requested after construction has begun.
